The Problem
Most home buyers prefer to see homes in VR, before deciding to see
the home in-person. About 71% of millenials express very positive feelings regarding virtual reality.
Most agents don’t have VR tours for all their
homes. It costs time and money to create the tours, and to save the
tours in the cloud. As of now, approximately 95% of homes don’t
have VR tours, according to the largest VR Real Estate company.
