Most home buyers prefer to see homes in VR, before deciding to see the home in-person. About 71% of millenials express very positive feelings regarding virtual reality. Most agents don’t have VR tours for all their homes. It costs time and money to create the tours, and to save the tours in the cloud. As of now, approximately 95% of homes don’t have VR tours, according to the largest VR Real Estate company.

We created a suite of tools for agents to find you homes and create VR tours if they don’t already have them. You can fill out a short form, like you do when searching for a home on Zillow. Instead of returning a list of results that match your query, you get white glove service. Agents compile lists of multiple homes to show you, with VR tours for all the listings.

An ERC-20 compliant private blockchain, a distributed application (DAPP) with smart contracts, and a user interface for buyers and agents to transact. A buyer pays tokens for agents to compete to win the buyer’s business. These tokens are taken from the buyer, and locked into the smart contract. The agents will submit VR homes for the buyer to view. They buyer decides which homes they want to see in-person, and tokens are released to the agent after the showing.

When the agent shows the buyer a home, they have earned the tokens paid by the buyer. These tokens can remain stored in the smart contract. As the agent continues to show the buyer more homes, the tokens can accrue. When the buyer chooses to buy a home, the smart contract will return the tokens to the buyer. If the buyer purchases the home from another agent, then the first agent has the right to collect the tokens. In this way all parties are compensated accordingly.
